The staff was helpful! the location was near the metro.
The room felt VERY cramped. It was difficult to move around, and there was hardly any space for luggage. The small bathroom bin was also INSUFFICIENT for disposing of nappies, this was a problem.

the staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk. i got upgraded to a standard twin room upon arrival, a nice surprise! the hotel was also close to the metro, so getting around was very convenient.
the room was a bit small, especially with luggage. it was definitely more compact than i expected.

breakfast offered a decent spread, though i noticed the options remained the same each day. for longer stays, this could become a bit repetitive. i did find some local eateries with AMAZING options!!!

the hotel had a 24-hour reception and a coffee machine available downstairs, a plus. i also appreciated having access to luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. this made exploring much easier.

the staff was helpful when i needed directions to the nearest metro station.
The room was small. I could barely move around with my luggage. the noise from the street was constant and made it difficult to sleep (even with the windows closed).

the room i had was smaller than expected. there wasn't much space to move around. also, the towels had a strange smell. it seemed like they weren't completely clean, disappointing.
